I recommend double-entry for small business owners who want to keep their books balanced and error-free. The balance sheet, general ledger, trial Balance, chart of accounts, and journal entry are very useful features for my company's accounting.
I love the new UI on Akaunting 3.0. Older versions of the app used to crash, however, I have not experienced any such behavior as of the latest version.
Simple, and most people can use it effectively.
