I use this to fill out my time sheet every day/week pretty much for my current job. I can access my paystubs, benefits and employee information from one place.
All the various parts of the system work together - for example the time and attendance piece transfers directly to payroll without issues, the HR portion works with payroll, etc. You only have to enter the information once.
The customer service goes way above and beyond. I am never on hold for any length of time and they are eager to solver my problems immediately.
This app is very fast. I don't have to start payroll over from the beginning if you need to make an adjustment. In other words, the payroll batches will update in real time.
Support is really knowledgeable and friendly.
Very user friendly and they make everything so easy! I don't have to worry about paperwork to fill out or send in. Each step so clear. It takes such stress off of us knowing payroll and tax info is being handled. It has saved us hours a week!
