Very easy to setup and get going. Technical support is fantastic. Lot's of features and customization is available if you need something that's not in the base app.
Would definitely recommend CRM to all Akaunting users. As a CRM system, what you put in is what you get out, so it does take some work and many eyes to get the system up and running, but it gives you more information due to the Akaunting seamless integration. For a small business on Akaunting it makes perfect sense to use CRM app, which I have found more and more by using it.
Our company recently subscribed to this app. We use Akaunting and it works as expected once it's set up.
This will become our main tool once we're done getting it tweaked.
I'm a small business owner and I've used Salesforce and Agile CRM. They are both capable and have a million features, but they are overkill for 95% of sales application in a small business. Using built-in CRM has been a pleasure. It flows reasonably and I love how a customer is easily tracked from lead to opportunity to project.
